As an organization, what are the USGA’s primary functions?

The USGA conducts the U.S. Open, U.S. Women’s Open and U.S. Senior Open, as well as 10 national amateur championships, two state team championships and international matches, attracting players and fans from more than 160 countries. Together with The R&A, the USGA governs the game worldwide, jointly administering the Rules of Golf, Rules of Amateur Status, equipment standards and World Amateur Golf Rankings. The USGA’s reach is global with a working jurisdiction in the United States, its territories and Mexico, serving more than 25 million golfers and actively engaging 150 golf associations.

The USGA is one of the world’s foremost authorities on research, development and support of sustainable golf course management practices. It serves as a primary steward for the game’s history and invests in the development of the game through the delivery of its services and its ongoing “For the Good of the Game” grants program. Additionally, the USGA’s Course Rating and Handicap systems are used on six continents in more than 50 countries.

USGAphotostore accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

What are the shipping policies?

·         UPS Ground is our primary shipping method.

·         We insure all orders for theft or damage through UPS only.

·         All orders require a signature upon delivery or you risk having your order returned.

·         You may decide to waive the signature requirement, doing so will void all guarantees nor will the USGA accept any liability for damages to your order.

·         We do not offer Saturday delivery.

·         Within 24 hours of receiving your order you will receive a confirming email.

·         Orders place over the weekend or holidays will be placed in production upon the next business day.

·         All orders will be shipped within eleven (11) business days for an unframed archival print and up to 20 business days for custom framed archival orders.

How can I check the status of an order?

Once your order has shipped from, an email confirmation will be sent to you including shipping information and applicable tracking numbers.

How do I handle special requirements?

Please call our customer service department at 877.203.4499 for all special requests, like international shipping, or items going to military bases (APOs or FPOs).

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please call the USGAPhotostore’s Customer Service Center at 877.203.4499, anytime Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (ET). We will do our best to make changes and cancellations, although not all orders may be recalled or altered due to timing. Please notify Customer Service as soon as possible for any requested change or cancellation. Once an order is shipped unless it is damaged in shipping it is non-refundable as all our custom made to order.

What is USGAphotostore’s return policy?

·         Our primary concern is your satisfaction with the museum quality images and framing you receive from our store’s collection. If your order is damaged in transit to you, we will refund your credit card or replace your order within 21 days.

·         All fine archival prints are custom-made to order are only returnable within 14 days and must have prior authorization. All custom framed orders are non-refundable unless damaged and must have prior authorization through USGA and UPS.

·         If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened citing damage. This will ensure immediate replacement of your order or refund. If, upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately via email ( and call us at 877.203.4499.

·         Please call customer service at 877.203.4499 for authorization before returning any damaged item. No items will be accepted without prior authorization.
